Resumes


A resume encapsulates your professional
career.
The information is presented in a format that
can be scanned in 20 to 30 seconds.


Put yourself in reviewers shoes – not much time
to do the review
A resume must be continually updated to
reflect all accomplishments and milestones in
your career.

Today’s era




With electronic processing you should keep your
resume current.
Companies often electronically scan resumes
they receive and then search for keywords
relating to experience, qualification, and skills.
As your resume will most likely be scanned,
don’t be fancy.
Companies also scan the social websites once
they start to look at a prospective candidate
