Teacher Representative Report: Mr. Bass said all teachers were very pleased with last year
and they are looking forward to another successful and fun year.
President's Update:
Terracycle gave us a bench to go on the playground because we are the #1 school on the east
coast for turning in juice pouches to recycle. 1st grade will place it.
Back to school packets are assembled and ready to go out.
Discussed using envelopes vs. no envelopes to collect PTA dues and direct donate
A personal interest of LeeAnne’s is Outdoor learning. Discussed with Mrs. Norris about it. One
idea is to get a set of buckets so that students can use them for seats outside
Treasurer's Update:
Change end of year expense reimbursements due by May 15th instead of June 1st. Many room
moms were late this year which caused questions with the budget.
Please use expense reimbursement form with all details filled out. Needs back up for balancing of
budget.
Reviewed 2015-2016 school year budget in detail, line item by line item.
