 AFRIC CALL CENTRE SOLUTIONS (Pty) Ltd has established major links in various countries
across the globe including India, Philippines, Australia, Nigeria, Botswana, Angola, South
Africa. Our primary initiative being the Call Centre (inbound/Outbound) international
contracts has attracted the governmental structures wide interest as a sustainable project,
combatting poverty through job creation, urbanizing the countries, and having a spiral
effect on the economy. In retrospect we have secured government funding to develop the
countries at large and built strong trust and commitment mutually. We initially penetrated
the barriers by means of developing each country’s economy through empowerment and
job creation via the inbound call centre spectrum. We perform as a consulting and
contracting company, affording outbound and inbound international contracts to
companies at large. Based on trust and integrity with key players in these countries, we are
further afforded the opportunity to participate in providing infrastructure and
development services to these countries., Afric Call Centre Solutions (Pty) Ltd is a channel
partner with a solid and flexible partnership approach to business allowing for transparent
and smooth convergence and transition of business development solution, trade and

A CALL CENTRE AGENTS DOING SALES . WHEN MANUEL WAS AN AGENT HE WANTED SOMETHING MORE SO HE JOIN
VELOCITY CALL CENTRE AS A 2 IC FOR CELLC CONNECT .THEN AS A 2IC MANUEL WANTED TO EXPLORE THE CALL CENTRE
INDUSTRY EVEN MORE SO HE DECIDED TO JOIN JDL INTERNATIONAL AS A CALL CENTRE TEAM LEADER FOR SA GETAWAY
.THEN MANUEL DECIDED HE COULD CHANGE THE CALL CENTRE INDUSTRY AND GIVE MORE THAN A TEAMLEADER THEN
MANUEL JOIN PCS AS A CALL CENTRE MANAGER WERE HE HAD TO RUN THE WHOLE FLOOR OF 100 AGENTS . WHILE
MANUEL WAS IN PCS HE DECIDED TO JOIN MOBILE MEDIA AS A DIRCTOR THEN MANUEL DECIDED TO GIVE THE CALL
CENTRE INDUSTRY A BREAK AND JOIN SUMTHING NEW CALLED KHUPHUKA KING AIRWAY AS A BUSINESS
