PREVENTION TRAINING
About BAP
Bullying Awareness and Prevention Training is
a Compliance Obligation that must be
completed by all staff each year.
In 2012 CIT had to intensify its BAP training
in order to meet its obligations to comply with
its obligations under the Workplace Health
and Safety Act. One of the requirement now
is that this training is completed by all staff
every year.

The Quiz tool seemed appropriate because it could provide the following options:

Add pictures which reminded staff of the film they had watched

Variety of question forms

Quiz settings allowed for sophisticated options including:
◦ self correction
◦ use of hyperlinks
◦ addition of ongoing feedback
◦ % Correct would determine whether staff received a Certificate of Completion
◦ Back end tracking
◦ Restricted release of completion certificate
