Matches nonprofit organizations to volunteer attorneys Helps create a stronger community With a virtual law firm of 350 attorneys from 75 different firms, the Clearinghouse connects the nonprofit community to a pro bono volunteer who can assist with that specific need. Giving Good Advice To Those Doing Good Since 2001, we have matched 530 nonprofit organizations to our volunteer attorneys, and resolved over 1,000 legal transactions, including: o Employment Matters o Lease Negotiations o Bylaw & Articles of Incorporation o Merger Assistance o Liability Protection o Trademark & Copyright Issues We help nonprofit organizations invest dollars in charitable missions, instead of in legal fees.
