SMME market. This had led the company to keep the focus and just expand the product mix
solutions.

Work Process
We follow a professional approach when it comes to functioning of an organisation & pride
ourselves as system driven organisation and not people driven organisation.
Our core process as a whole is classified in three broad areas:
1. Create product mix’s
2. Obtain and maintain relationships with clients
3. Serve and after sales service
The above 3 broad areas are described in 16 steps that follow below:
1. New account head generation
2. Updating of inquiry from client into our MIS
3. Submission of job quotation through MIS
4. Confirmation of job, receipt of purchase order & sales generation in our MIS
5. Receipt of artwork from client/agency
6. Raising a job ticket as per sales order from MIS
7. Job sent to pre-pressed department
8. Sending of soft copy for client approval
9. Changes if any, as instructed from client and sent to client for re-approval
10. Job pushed to display department as per final approved content
11. Job packaging specs being sent off to display department
12. Delivery of goods to client-instructed location accompanied by delivery Chillan,
issued from MIS
13. Raising of tax invoice from MIS, as per delivery Chillan & submitting to client with
proper documentation
14. Follow up for payments after agreed payment credit period
15. Receipt of payments & assigning (Order Close) status of job
16. Content secured with the company for future booking referencing
