specialized individuals that operate together in the world of
high fashion and design.
All Synergy Group staff have years of experience in
their respective areas of operation, and Synergy offers a vast
network of selected production facilities both in Italy and
overseas.
Our primary objective is to offer our clients a true
turnkey approach for all aspects of design, sampling,
production and distribution of “Moda Italiana”

opportunity to concentrate and focalize directly in the
primary areas of interest, without distractions
Mission
To further establish our reputation and become
the reference point for any company in the fashion world
that wishes to develop new products within their brand.
To become the benchmark in terms of creative
and industrial design, sampling and both pre-production
and full production cycles.
To offer selected clients distribution opportunities
in some of the most prestigious boutiques and specialty
stores in Italy, the USA, Japan and The U.A.E.
Opportunity
Global production for accessories, footwear and
apparel is divided into different categories.
Top level production, in terms of both the quality of
the raw materials and the finished products can be found
in Italy, France, Spain and in several EU countries where the
production facilities are overseen by Italian product
managers.
Medium to low level production in terms of both
cost but also quality, in countries such as China, India,
Vietnam etc.
Opportunity
In recent years many companies have ventured
into different continents in search of better price points,
more competitive production facilities etc., in order to
combat inflation and fluctuating exchange rates.
Many of these companies have paid a high price
for these initiatives in both economic terms and in terms of
their reputations
The trend amongst the industry’s top level brands is
to return to, or consolidate existing manufacturing facilities
in Italy, or indeed to create a joint-venture between
overseas manufacture and Italian “finishing” of the
products
Opportunity
FACT: Italian Manufacturing has always had and
will always have tremendous appeal for consumers,
worldwide.
FACT: Synergy Group collaborates on a daily
basis with factories in the Marche region and Tuscany that
manufacture accessories, apparel, leather goods,
footwear and jewellery for some of the worlds most
famous brands.
Opportunity

manufacturing know-how of the same factories that
produce leather goods, accessories, footwear, apparel and
jewellery for the world’s top brands, at costs that are highly
competitive.

Biographies
Gaetano de Franceschi
The son of an Italian Air Force pilot, Gaetano spent his early childhood
living within the grounds of a military airport, in constant contact with these flying
machines and the mechanics that cared for them.
These “early childhood toys” fired his passion for all things technological
and for designs, sculptured by the wind. Gaetano’s mother instilled him with
sharp creative skills, edged with a meticulous eye for detail.
In fact it was his mother who worked in one of the first photographers’
studios that applied the techniques of hand finishing details on the prints. It was
she that transmitted to Gaetano his passion for drawing, a medium that has
become for him his preferred means of communication.
Gaetano de Franceschi
This love of art applied into a technological context, formed Gaetano’s
“project oriented” mentality, making Gaetano De Franceschi a unique designer,
facinated by raw materials and “how” they can be applied and worked,
extremely attracted to metals, leather and composite materials that are
projected with an eye towards the future.
Gaetano has been an aircraft pilot, has raced both automobiles and
motorcycles and absolutely loves to build all things that gravitate in or around the
world of these machines. He is a curious and insatiable world traveller, looking
forward to a future where old traditions and new technologies blend together,
and with this concept he breathes life into and all of his designs
