Introducing LEAP
 LEAP was created with one focus in mind. Providing
practical yet innovative technical solutions specifically
designed to support your lean initiatives!
 “Visual” execution is clearly one of the cornerstone
philosophies of lean. LEAP was designed to combine
the best pieces of traditional shop floor execution tools
with the best of lean practices. Kanban execution and
management fully integrated with traditional work orders
or schedules!

the container used, the

the Kanban card…and

set warning limits, add
attachments such as
drawings, production
information, quality tests,

redesign and print virtually any
format label or card that you
require!

The rate board tracks and shows
hourly production information
including accumulative totals,
provides access to critical Kanban
information and even Kanban
transaction history for the shift!

transactions, including the
ability to backflush the
components used during
production without an M.O!
