(Part 1 of 2) Lean and Work Visualization for Managers: “Lean” refers to a set of principles and techniques for approaching your work that focuses on respect for people to generate continuous improvement in the services and value you provide to customers. In this 90-minute workshop, you will learn key concepts of Lean and some key Lean management techniques and tools to improve communications, surface issues and engage your teams to provide more effective and efficient services to customers.
