Catherine Koh Stillman works in the Firm's Global Antitrust Practice Group
and the North America Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Stillman represents
clients in civil antitrust litigations, federal and state antitrust investigations,
and has extensive experience counseling global corporations on antitrust
compliance and agency approval. She currently sits on the Steering
Committee of the ABA Section of International Law's International Antitrust
Committee and the Antitrust Committee of the New York City Bar
Association. Additionally, Ms. Stillman has rendered pro bono advice to the
Public International Law & Policy Group on truth and reconciliation
commissions and constitutional rights and to the Southern Poverty Law
Center.

Ms. Stillman focuses her practice on civil antitrust litigations, federal and
state antitrust investigations, trademark and patent litigations, and complex
commercial litigations. Ms. Stillman has also counseled numerous global
corporations, including several class actions alleging price-fixing and multijurisdictional trademark and licensing dispute. Ms. Stillman has worked with
clients in a myriad of industries, including medical devices, medical waste
services, footwear, labelstock, pet food, payment services, PC hardware
and software, electronic design automation, digital music, biotechnology, flat
glass, retail stores, publishing, fine art and telecommunications. Ms.
Stillman is also experienced in Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings and has
represented clients before the Antitrust Division of the United States
Department of Justice, as well as the Federal Trade Commission.

 Defended Chinese manufacturers of vitamin C in first price-fixing class
actions brought in US courts against Chinese defendants involving
landmark foreign sovereign compulsion issues
 Defended a manufacturer of filtration products in over 50 class actions
alleging price-fixing in the aftermarket filters market

Antitrust Division and selected state attorney general offices of multiple
acquisitions
 Defended a medical device manufacturer in a complex antitrust litigation

 Defended a pulse oximetry manufacturer in a complex antitrust litigation
against claims relating to sole-source contracts, market share discounts,
co-marketing agreements and bundled rebates
 Represented Adobe Systems Incorporated and Siebel Systems, Inc. in
their respective multi-billion dollar transactions in 2005
 Represented Mexican Bankers' Association in connection with payments
industry regulatory matters
 Represented MasterCard in a class action brought by merchant-plaintiffs
alleging antitrust violations related to merchant discount and interchange

Education and admission
 Ms. Stillman received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law
School in 2002 and her B.A. from Yale University in 1999. She is a
member of the New York and California State Bars and is admitted to
practice in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern
Districts of New York.
Pro bono and community involvement
 Ms. Stillman helped represent a group of detainees challenging detention
at Camp Delta, Guantánamo Bay, Cuba in a habeas corpus action.

Together with the Center for Constitutional Rights, she also organized a
national conference and provided legal training for attorneys representing
other detainees.
 Ms. Stillman is a violinist in Camerata Notturna, a New York City
chamber orchestra.
