Municipal Broadband Roll Out

Municipalities cover over 300 square miles with 802.11x
(two circles with a 7 mile radius, pi x r squared, 49 sq.
miles x 3.14) if they have backhaul. System now working at
UCSD “Wi Fi Bubble”, including on the Cyberbus at gives
bursts of 2 Mbps and, more typically, about 450 Kbps.
Malls, campuses, bases can afford.
 With 6WiFi and participation in CIBER, the CTIA
administrated roaming billing system, this
becomes roamable, and economically fungible.

Give citizens wireless broadband as a public good, like
fountains that create a positive microclimate in dry, hot
cities, only for business and communication.
