Fleance – he’s the Son of Banquo, who was a friend of Macbeth and later killed by him, who is

Hectate – she’s a character from the underworld who tells the Three Witches what to do. She’s
angry with the witches for helping Macbeth and demands them to tell him his doomed fate the
next time he meets them
The Witches tell Macbeth is the Thane of Gloms but he will become the Thane of Cawder and
later be the King of Gloms. The witches also tell Banquo that his children will be the kings to
come. Macbeth sends Lady Macbeth a letter telling her his prophecies. She decides to be greedy
and comes up with a plan to have Macbeth kill King Duncan (king of gloms). Macbeth doesn’t
want to at first, but Lady Macbeth convinces him to do so. He then feels remorse and scared and
Lady Macbeth takes the daggers and says she would’ve done it herself if Duncan didn’t look like
her father.
Macbeth becomes King of Gloms and figures out that Banquo has to die because his sons will
become king, also his son Fleance must die as well. Macbeth sends two men to go wait for
Banquo and his son to come towards the palace and they attack them, Fleance gets away, Banquo
gets killed. The king is waiting to have supper with his noble friends but he can’t take the seat
because he sees the body of Banquo seating in his seat and he freaks out. Lady Macbeth is upset
that Macbeth wants to be alone and is so afraid of the things he has done to gain power. He sits
down at the table after making a scene and the body vanishes from the seat.
Lady Macbeth asks everyone to leave the table without going by rank because her husband is ill.
He’s nervous that karma will get him and he’ll die in blood. Macbeth tells his wife that he’ll
have to do more evil and unnatural deeds to protect themselves. People are afraid to walk at night
and to suffer the same fate as Banquo had. Macbeth realizes that Macduff didn’t attend the
dinner and denied his company. Macduff had fled to go to England and visit Malcolm to discuss
what’s been going on in Scottland. Macbeth starts preparing for war because of Macduff’s
disappearance. Men kill Macduff’s family because of his ‘treason’ and fleeing the land. Macbeth
sees the witches again and tell him that he should beware of Macduff, no man born of woman
can harm him, and he will be king until the forest approaches the castle. The witches master
shows Macbeth Banquo’s sons being kings.
Malcom and Macduff are talking and the bad things happening to Scottland. They debate over if
Macbeth is bad for Scottland or not. Malcolm tests Macduff’s loyalty to him by saying he’s not
worthy and that Scottland would be better off with Macbeth. Malcolm realizes Macduff is loyal
and tells him that he was just testing him. Malcolm and Macduff discuss the death of his family
and uses his anger to get back at Macbeth. They gather an English army and head to Scottland
and disguise themselves in the forest wood (the witches prophecy). Macbeth finds out that
Macduff is not naturally born from a woman and Macduff kills him. Malcom becomes king and
vows to not be a dictatorship but to rule the land as a whole.
