3. Email the Recommendation form to any Cal Poly faculty who can evaluate your classroom or lab performance.
Professors will return the recommendation separately.
4. Request for each different subject area, not for each class. Example: if you are proficient in five math classes
and three chemistry classes, you will need just two recommendations: one for math and one for chem.
