SEAMLESS AT A GLANCE
SEAM을 최소화 하여 편안한 FIT감이 장점인 의류
Side seam 없고 knitting에서 double layer 만들 수 있기에 Hem, inner bra에도 seam
이 없음
CIRCULAR KNTTING MACHINE의 CYLINDER SIZE를 작게 만든 기계이며 생산성을 위
해 고속 회전 함
원단에 CUTTING LINE있어 가위제단하며 원단이 60%이상의 완성공정임
다양한 texture, hole, jacquard, stripes등을 mixing 하여 옷의 원하는 위치에 자유롭
게 표현할 수 있음
PCS dyeing 으로 염색 tolerance가 일반 knit 의류에 비해 큼

For bulk production, we first make a full size grading and revise the seamless knitting program.
Then, we make size samples and start knitting after review.
KNITTING PROCESS
As soon as knitting machine size is decided and knitting program is updated, knitting
starts as below process. Knitting period depends on the order quantity & machine size.

PRODUCTION FLOW - DYEING
Since seamless fabrics are knitted down as MORE THAN 60%-finished garment, seamless
dyeing implies garment dyeing in pieces.
DYEING PROCESS
Dyeing starts after knitted fabrics are moved to a dyeing factory. Fabric dyeing and all
other dyeing are proceeded in different factories.

For seamless wear orders, we takes at least 120 days from order placement to make a delivery.
And it is very important to drag knitting timing as earliest as possible for bulk production.

이러한 seamless의 제한점에도 불구하고 입었을 때 편안함으로 인해
