Binder Grading • All academic areas • Rotating schedule (flexible) • Credibility • Accountability Hello staff: Binders will be graded schoolwide in academic areas on a schedule. You can use any of the binder grading documents in the front of your AVID Strategies binder from last year, or ask Sandy, Beth or Kim for a sample. The grade will be entered as a participation, preparation, or classwork grade, depending on what your department decides is best. Within your assigned week, you may grade your student’s binders any day that week, depending on your schedule. For example, if you are a LA teacher, you will grade your student’s binders anytime between October 27 – October 31 and enter the grade.
