Apparently some of your fellow Shareholders have had problems with agents and correcting any difficulties can proved very expensive. Hounslow Parking enforcement Food Waste Bins The LBH food bins are now situated around the Dock. You should all have had a letter from the Council explaining what will happen next. You will be having a small food caddy and compostable bags delivered. Please DO NOT use the bins yet, wait until the Council say they will be starting collections. This picture was taken of one of our bins with food being put in it already, in plastic bags. Don’t use plastic bags only compostable/biodegradable bags can be used. Syon Park If you want to take advantage of the Syon Park Dock Gate, again this year please submit your application as soon as possible. If you are not renewing please return swipe cards to the Management Office as they can be reprogrammed. Residents’ Comments / Housekeeping Issues LBH are enforcing parking on their part of the Dock issuing tickets for yellow line and pavement contraventions . Last week they also removed a van that was on the Augustus Close pavement. We have no control over these tickets, so park with care. We have also had two new yellow boxes painted, one at the top of Dock Road ramp and the other next to the green house. These are to protect essential access and we will issue tickets to vehicles left in thee areas. 2 Again a request not to leave rubbish outside front doors, or next to the bin chutes even for short periods. Last week on 3 occasions cleaners had to clear up bin liners that had been ripped open by animals and the contents spread around. Dog - owners please don’t allow your pets to urinate on the walkways. It’s not the cleaners job to clean up after your pet! Please don’t addressed your parcel's to ‘the security office’, if we do not know who they are for, security will not accept them. The bin chutes on the Dock are standard for this type of development, but with all mechanical things, care is needed when using them. Please don’t let your children use them. 3
