We would like to have two primary target markets. We would like to target local vehicle fleets,
which we will perform services for after our regular business hours. We will build long lasting
relationships and contracts with these customers. We plan to target both the male and female
audience. We would also like to target the middle to high class population of Sun Prairie WI. In

For the Basic Package, Pearl of Envy Auto Detailing. will drive your vehicle through an
automatic car wash. Following the wash, they will vacuum out the vehicle. The Premium
Package will provide the services of the Basic Package plus they will clean the interior of the
vehicle and wash all of the windows on the inside. In addition, the Premium Package will clean
the tires and rims of the vehicle.

We would like to use competitive and psychological pricing strategy. We will offer a 5%
discounts to fleet services companies that pay for contracted services upfront.5% to all first time
clients.10% for repeat customers or referrals.
Promotion
We would like to use the shotgun approach for our walk in customers. For this strategy, we

In the year 2006, Clark’s Pearl of Envy Auto Detailing and Quick Lube Spot was established as a
sole proprietorship located at 921 Walsh Rd. Madison WI. By Maurice D. Clark Sr.
The purpose of this company was to become the prominent hand carwash that serves the greater East
and Northside of Madison Wisconsin. Due to the drop in economy and personal matters Maurice Clark Sr.
decided to close its doors
Since then, Maurice has moved to Sun Prairie WI and maintained his clientele by doing on the spot
detailing from his home, clients homes and places of business as well.
