Students begin being tested every year (CSAP, then TCAP)
2008
Colorado lawmakers pass law calling for updated standards
2010
Colorado Academic Standards in 10 content areas (including
Common Core standards in language arts and math) approved
2014
Colorado Measures of Academic Success begin to measure
progress
