Continued oversight by the 802 EC Oversight Committee and the IEEE SASB Oversight Committee. Quarterly review of the project by the SASB, which could result in the withdrawal of the PAR. A report from the DASC chair was heard concerning allegations of dominance. The chair was asked to update the Standards Board at future meetings. Activities at the Dec SASB Mtg Consider and approved changes to the SASB Bylaws and Operations Manual concerning: Dominance Scope and purpose consistency P&Ps under development Antitrust language in SASB Ops Man 5.3.8 Approved minor changes to clause 6 of the Ops Mans and the LOA form (both previously approved) to bring them into alignment with the Bylaws clause 6 changes made by the BoG. See the updated SASB bylaws and ops man attached to this agenda.
