Analysis of Ethanol (food grade & fuel grade) by U.V spectrophotometer and gas
chromatography.
Analysis of Ware House samples used for dosing to maintain smooth operations of
plant.
Preparation of standard solutions, Stock solutions and calibration curves of all lab
instruments being used.
Reporting and interpreting the test results with effective communication for
smooth operation of plant under high temperature and pressure conditions.
Maintaining and calibrating equipments and preparing samples.
Oversee the Testing, Analysis of Raw Material, Finished Products, in process
samples and to ensure conformance with predefined norms and provide lab tested
certificates.
Assure adherence to SOPs, Logbooks, Formats, Labeling Practices, Method
Validations and Training to all Chemists, local technician in the Lab.
Actively involvement to prepare reagent list, glassware list and effectively manage
the inventory control of glassware and chemical.

CO2 Gas Recovery Plant
 To analysis the CO2 gas through AIRBORN SYSTEM ,USA and controlled the impure
gases like that NOx, CH4 and etc which are hazardous for human beings.

following duties
• Ensures all lab staff have adequate resources to perform all aspects of work required.
• Ensures all lab staff are adequately trained to safely perform all required job functions
and that competency records are maintained.
• Maintains an “open door policy” and communicates with lab staff and management to
Promote empowerment and accountability.
• Obtains and maintains an in-depth knowledge of local market requirements.
• Understands customer requirements and organizes lab procedures, schedules and
staffing
• Supports the ISO certificate(s) and manages corrective/preventive actions.
• Reviews local laboratory operations for all aspects of the continuous improvement
process.
• Compiles and analyzes test information to determine operating efficiency of processes
and equipment and to diagnose problems and malfunctions.
• Recommends measures to improve testing procedures, use of equipment, and needs for
new equipment. Conducts research to develop custom procedures as needed, working in
conjunction with Senior lab management.
• Handles required disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner and maintains
