 To conduct a 16 week Training Center Skills program
to prepare 8 to 10 young Emirati women to set up
and operate a Business “Soft Skills” Training
Company.
 To oversee, with an Emirati female assistant, the
operation of that Center for the 8 months following
the training program.

Key Requirement:
To hire a mature, enthusiastic, Arabic/English speaking,
educated Emirati woman to be Training and
Management Assistant to the Program Director.
 Interview and select candidates
 Provide Arabic translation during the program
 Supervise the Center’s operation for one year

1. Very careful selection of participants (with ongoing
family contact).
2. Constant and continuous practice.
3. Weekly “public” presentations or workshops for
