Develop a plan for P&E short course and workshop offerings , including nontraditional, higher-order topics such as propulsion specification development 5. Reinvigorate and standardize the tempo/processes for P&E awards to include identifying career achievement nominees, implementing a new P&E internal recognition program, and coordinating efforts for P&E member grade advancement 6. Lead P&E involvement with key Standing Committees – Education, Public Policy, Standards, Publications, Honors and Awards, etc. 7. Develop plan for P&E publications – books, Journal articles, etc. 8.
