He has exceptional skills in capability building via leadership development and systemic improvement.
He is a mechanical engineer with postgraduate qualifications in general management. Pradeep is also
a qualified "Jonah" for teaching the subject of "Theory Of Constraints". This knowledge when applied
to business situations delivers exceptional results in very short time.

Mr. Dinesh Agarwal, Director
Mr. Dinesh Agarwal, Chartered Accountant qualified in 1987 and has experience of catering to the needs
of diversified clientele which include national as well as multinational companies. He has the experience
of providing consultancy in strategic planning, preparation of project reports, business development
strategies, developing MIS, suggesting cost controls measures negotiating and facilitating joint ventures
for both foreign, as well as Indian clients.
Acted as consultant and advisor to the Custodian, The Special Court (Trial of offences relating to
Securities Transaction) Act. 1992, a body of Government of India, investigating securities scams in India.
He has also undertaken consultancy assignment for large project on behalf of United Nations.

he is heading a team of diversified professionals serving clients in diversified interest such as
telecommunication, information technology, flexible packaging, paper, leather, electrical & home
appliances, tobacco, entertainment, defence equipment, agriculture, consumer goods industry, exports,

Mr. Apurv Kansal, Director
Mr. Apurv Kansal started his career as an IT professional and is a qualified MBA in Information
Technology and Systems from IBS, Hyderabad. He is Director and Head – IT and IS at Arete
Consultants Pvt Lt which he co-founded in 2004. He is experienced in providing Web-based IT solutions
to the clients which include multinational companies in diversified fields. He has intensive experience in
various information systems management and development in IT, Communications, Manufacturing,
Government, Engineering, Electronics, Healthcare, Microfinance, Retail and Hospitality industries.
He has conducted various engagements related to IT internal control reviews, standards compliances,
and information security reviews.
He has developed training courses in a particularly niche segment of web application security and its
awareness. He has conducted various training sessions and lectures at ISO/CMM certified companies
across India. He is also associated with several IT and IT-intensive companies in advisory position for
continuing assessment of security risks and creating capabilities to counter such attacks by establishing
in-house security & anti-hacking divisions.
He has also established a global network of solution providers to support on- the-ground issues of
companies facing security threats.

Mr. Gagan Deep Garg, Head - Operations
Mr. Gagan Deep Garg, B.Tech is an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad and has completed his B.Tech in
mechanical engineering from Punjab Technical University in year 2002. Being a manufacturing specialist
MS Dynamics NAV & Project Management certified consultant having 7 years of manufacturing solution
& ERP implementation experience with expertise in various industry segments including automobile
ancillaries, trading organizations, FMCG, electronic components and different manufacturing domains.
Being a certified consultant for Microsoft & SAP he has implemented the solutions at various
organisation including Kappro Maruti, Sharda Motars, Nappino Electronics, Star Alubulild, Metal Man
India, Dorma India, Bajrang Wires, MDH, Tab India, Morriruku etc.
Heading the ERP division of Arete, Prudence Softech Solutions, an IT based services & support
provider, his expertise include rendering implementation of high-end technology-driven business
solutions. He works with ‘Centers of Excellence’ that helps in creating valuable solution for the
customers.

Mr. Shiv Gaurav is a qualified MBA from IIM, Calcutta and has done B.Tech in Electronics &
Instrumentation from Rohilkhund University. He has 5 years of management experience in the global IT
solution deployment and has expertise in new customer acquisition. He is a certified SAP Sales
Professional. His accomplishments include successfully leading numerous large projects and
restructuring projects for various clients .
He has build and successfully managed a channel partnership program including more than 250
partners.
He has been involved in various technology driven businesses including GSM & GPS based
applications, Portal Management, VAS & Telecom industry and Business Solutions. He has implemented
successful business models at various industries.
