FY14 Q2 AutoCAD LT Family Promotion
What is the Q2 “AutoCAD LT Family Promotion” promotion?
The promotion offers discounts of up to EUR 290 or GBP 250 off Suggested Retail Price (SRP) on
eligible commercial new seats of AutoCAD LT product line. Eligible commercial new seats are most
recent releases depending on country and language
The promotion offers discounts of up to 25% off Suggested Retail Price (SRP) on eligible upgrades to
AutoCAD LT product line. Eligible upgrades include both the current version upgrade from a current
release to AutoCAD LT product line as well as the previous version upgrade (1-6 previous releases).

The promotion begins May 7th, 2013 and ends July 25th 2013 (dates inclusive). Resellers purchasing
through Distribution should check the deadlines with their Distributor.
What customers are eligible to participate in the promotion?
Autodesk customers in EEA (European economic area) and Switzerland purchasing Commercial
licenses are eligible to participate in the promotion.
Autodesk customers purchasing Student and Educational licenses are not eligible for participation in
this promotion.
What products are eligible for the promotion?
To be eligible for a discount, the upgrade product must be available in the appropriate Autodesk
Price list and the upgrade path must be compliant to the Autodesk upgrade policy. The Eligibility
matrix included in the Price list gives indications about eligible upgrade paths. Indirect Partners
should contact their Autodesk Distributor or other Autodesk Direct Partner for price list information.
The upgrades to the products listed below are eligible for a promotional discount
This promotion is valid for AutoCAD LT product line. Unless specified differently AutoCAD LT
product line includes AutoCAD LT®, AutoCAD LT for Mac, AutoCAD Inventor LT, AutoCAD Inventor
LT Suite, AutoCAD Revit LT, AutoCAD Revit LT Suite, AutoCAD LT Subscription in a Box – subject to
availability in different countries in EMEA
Where do I find pricing for the Autodesk promotion?
The promotion pricelist posted on May 1, 2013 is effective May 7th and can be found on Partner
Portal. A condensed version of the Eligibility Matrix specific to this promotion is also posted to
Partner Portal. Please review the eligibility matrix to ensure the upgrades are eligible. Indirect
Partners should contact their Autodesk Distributor or other Autodesk Direct Partner for price list
information.

Can Subscription customers benefit from the promotion?
Yes. Both Subscription and non-Subscription customers can benefit from this promotion
The usual Subscription upgrade conditions apply:
 Until the end of the current year of the customer’s Subscription, the customer benefits
from an upgraded subscription with no additional cost.
 When renewing the Subscription, the customer will pay the Subscription fee related to
the upgraded product.
Can multi-year Subscription customers benefit from the promotion?
Yes. Customers with an active Multi-year Subscription contract benefit from the same conditions as
customers purchasing a new Subscription. The usual Subscription upgrade conditions apply:
 Until the end of the current year of the customer’s Subscription, the customer benefits
from an upgraded subscription with no additional cost.
 For the remaining years of the Multi-year Subscription contract, the customer will pay
the additional cost related to the upgraded product, based on its price when purchased,
and still benefit from the multi-year subscription discount where applicable
 When renewing the Subscription, the customer will pay the Subscription fee related to
the upgraded product.
Can the promotion be combined with any other offers from Autodesk?
No. This offer may not be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or other incentives
offered by Autodesk unless specified explicitly.
Are Major Accounts eligible for this promo?
No. Major accounts are not eligible for this promotion as the Major Account discount cannot be
combined with this promotion.
Are all Channel partners participating in the promotion?
Participation in promotions is voluntary. Channel partners are free to determine their own terms of
resale, including resale prices and discounts.
