ABSTRACT
The main objective of this report is to provide a summary of the 5 months Industrial
attachment with Merrill Lynch International Bank, Singapore, and generally describe
how Merrill Lynch makes my internship as fulfilling learning and life experience.
The tasks I involved are mainly on two aspects: Project Management and Software
Development. Each of the tasks requires the student to have wide knowledge and skill
sets to complete it. However, these challenges provide the motivation for me to do selflearning in order to overcome them. Both parts are introduced in my report, followed by
the skills and knowledge enhanced during the process of accomplishment for the tasks.

my Industrial Attachment life meaningful and enjoyable. In particular, I am extremely
