Interacts with the guest in each of the outlets to solicit comments Communicates with the Outlet/Restaurant Manager/Supervisor any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information. Prepares daily assignments of personnel based on the volume of business. Arranges and implements the outlet promotions/theme nights. Assist the outlet /Restaurant Manager to establish comprehensive training programs for the outlet. Conducts “one on one” training for all outlet colleagues as required and as well as preparing Monthly Departmental Training Plan. And monitoring training records of all outlet colleagues to ensure that all have received adequate training to perform their duties as per the hotel’s standards.
