Bubble Trubble Marketing Plan Executive Summary We created this store, ‘Bubble Trubble’ to provide a product to the students of North Park Secondary School that they would usually only get outside of the school. Our store that we want to create will provide the students with Bubble Tea, a nutritious drink that students usually would get only outside the school at places like the mall. Some students don’t have the time to go to the mall at lunch but still want to have this drink so we plan to provide them with it for a profit. We will be recruiting people to work at our store during 3rd and 4th lunches at the school. They will be making and serving the Bubble Tea to the students at lunch time. We will be serving our product to the students of the school. Our product will be sold at a reasonable price that will appeal to the students so that they will be willing and able to buy our product. This store is being created so we can sell a product for a profit. We will be providing the students of the school with a nutritious drink that is tasty and is not sold anywhere close to the school. Many students want a drink with their lunch that isn’t a soda from the cafeteria or vending machines, and their only other option is milk or water, and many don’t like that either. So we have decided to bring in Bubble Tea, something that is healthy and tastes good so that all the students that don’t want the other drinks that are severed in the servery. We will have popular flavours so that we can appeal to more students. In order to gather information on our product from the students we conducted a survey. Our survey was used to gather the information on the flavours of Bubble Tea the students would like, when they would be buying our product, their price range, and if they would like tapioca with their Bubble Tea. From the survey we got that the students would buy it mainly during their lunch hours, the flavours that we would sell are vanilla, mango, and we would sell it at around $2.50. The competition is something we also had to consider so with the price we have decided on we also have decided to offer a promotional deal on our Bubble Tea for the first week or so to get people to try our product so that they will hopefully be pleased with it, and then buy it in the future. In conclusion, this is our business plan for the new business we want to create, ‘Bubble Trubble’. We would appreciate it if you considered our business to be the new store at the school. This store will be successful because according to the surveys that we took, many students will buy our product. We want to thank you for your time. And we would highly appreciate it if you considered our business to be the new store in the Common’s Corner here at North Park Secondary School. Thank you. Business Description We want to re-open the Common’s Corner in order to open our business, Bubble Trubble, and provide the students of the school with a product. Our product is Bubble Tea; it is a nutritional drink and will be healthy for the kids of the school. Bubble Tea originated in the 1980’s in Taiwan and is as popular as soda is in US. There are many ways to make Bubble Tea, a basic cold tea recipe is jazzed up with fruit flavorings and one tea maker in particular put tapioca pearls in their Bubble tea and it sank to the bottom giving it the bubbly look. North Park Secondary School is a very prestigious school in the Peel District School Board, and is one of the only two schools that host the International Business and Technology (IBT) program in the Peel District. North Park S.S was founded in 1978 and began hosting the IBT program in the year 2006. Since then the school has had substantial growth and there are now approximately 1400 enrolled students throughout grades 9-12. Presently, the Commons Corner is an unused portion of the school. In the past, it was a semi-successful store and sold a variety of products such as school memorabilia. As sales plummeted, the store was forced to close and the school has yet to find a better use of this location. Our goal for the business is to have a good product and a successful business. The values of our business are to maintain a quality product, and keep our customers happy so they will come back. Market Analysis The brand name we have chosen for our establishment is “Bubble Trubble”. There are several reasons which make this an excellent name for our store. This venue is going to be selling Bubble Tea drinks and that is where the “Bubble” portion of the name comes in. The “Trubble” was added to make the name rhyme and this aspect of the name makes it fun and easy to remember. Since brand recognition is the most important portion of marketing, with a fun and memorable name our brand will be very recognizable. The location at which our business, “Bubble Trubble”, will be established is the Commons Corner at North Park Secondary School and this is where consumers will be able to purchase our Bubble Tea drinks. The Commons Corner, situated in the centre of the school, is an excellent venue for our business. This domain is widely used as a social setting for our target market. Furthermore, it is located at the center of the school where students and staff will be exposed to our establishment during transitions to different classes, lunch and while commuting to other areas of the school. Physically the location will be decorated with bright colours and images of our drink to make the location very attractive and eye catching. The target market of our Bubble Tea drinks will be the students and staff at North Park Secondary School who would enjoy a more healthy, fruit based drink as opposed to the soft drinks and artificially flavoured beverages already offered at the school. There will always be a selection of competitors for any business established. Our affiliates have chosen a product that does not have many competitors. Within the school our only competition is the school servery and potentially the vending machines, this problem can be solved by making use of more effective marketing strategies such as offering discounts. Also, our product has a clear differentiation from most of the other drinks available at the school. Drinks in the vending machine are exclusively comprised of carbonized soft drinks, while the drinks in the school servery are also mainly soft drinks and they have a limited selection of fruit juice beverages. The only competitor located within easy walking distance of the school is the Hasty Market convenience store located in a plaza, which is a 10 minute walk of the school. Their selection of drinks is also composed primarily of carbonized soft drinks, energy drinks and fruit juice. Other than the Hasty Market there are no other potential competitors within easy walking distance of the school. The reasons behind why our business will not be devastated by these competitors are that we have a product which is distinctly different than anything offered by our competitors and there will be many instances when our business will offer promotional pricing to attract more consumers. The Management Team To accomplish all the management goals of the business we will have different teams working hard to make sure that each part of the business they are in charge of is being successful and that if any problems occur they can be solved in as least time as possible. We will plan out our business so that it meets our vision; create the goals that we want and the things we want our business to accomplish. We will then organize the business to be able to meet all the goals we have set, by making different teams to manage the business. The direction of the business will be done to make sure that everything is running smoothly and everyone is doing their job properly and the requirements are being met. And then the controlling and coordination will be just simple overlooking of the entire business. The organizational structure that we will be using for our business is a functional structure. We will also use a matrix type structure so that we will have skilled based people in the areas where they are needed. We will have different functions for the people working in our business. There will be different people working in the different fields needed to keep our business going and make sure it is running the way it should be. We will have a Human Resource team that will make sure the employees are doing good, and have positive attitude and that they are fulfilling the duties needed, and to handle dismissals, recruit other employees when needed, and then train them to make sure they are fit to the positions. We will have a marketing team to help with the advertising of the business, to keep the image of the product, and to come up with the slogans that will be used on our ads and that will be catchy to say, and memorable to our customers. There will also be a financial team to handle the budget and make sure that we are making enough money to cover our liabilities and that won’t go into debt, and if we do that we will have some way of getting out. They will work out how much things we will need for the business to make our product, like fruits, cups, covers, straws, etc. And lastly there will be an overall management team to over look every team’s jobs and make sure that everyone is one task and doing their job right and make sure the business is going in the right direction. The ownership of the business will be a partnership between the people that have created this business. Each partner will have a job that is fit to the skills they have, this way our business can be more successful, and make a bigger profit. It will also easier to keep the business going for a longer time. Our business will use a democratic leadership style so that the workers can give feedback on their work and talk about any complaints that they might have about the way the business is or the way their job should be done. The motivational approach we are going to have with our employees will be both external and internal. We want to externally motivate them by providing positive feedback to them when they are working well in the business in order to create the internal motivation that will drive them to be happy and successful at their job. Operations Product: The product that our business is selling is Bubble Tea smoothie drinks. This product is unlike anything already offered at the school servery and this will minimize our number of potential competitors. This product is also very popular with students and if marketed correctly with an appealing price point it will attract large amounts of consumers that regularly purchase our product. This product can be classified as a want because it is a nutritional beverage but there are many other things which provide more health benefits. Promotion: We have several methods of promotion planned for our product. Before the establishment is even open, we will have ad campaigns on the announcements and posters around the school to generate hype for the coming of our product. During the introductory phase, free samples will be offered to introduce the consumer to our product, and to familiarize them with our quality standards. We will regularly have promotions such as “discount days” where prices will be lowered and contests where you can win a free Bubble Tea drink everyday for a certain period of time. Price: Our company has decided that Bubble Trubble Bubble Tea drinks will be sold at a price point of $2.50 per serving of 473ml. The reason we decided on $2.50 is because it is a very reasonable and easy to obtain amount of money and is comparable to the prices our competitors are offering. Also, each drink has a production cost of $1.23 so in order to generate a profit we have to market the product at a higher price point. At this price each drink sold will generate a profit of $1.27. In addition to the standard price there will also be promotional pricing offered at certain periods. Promotional pricing may include “Buy one get one ½ price” and other promotions of that sort. Place: The location at which our business, “Bubble Trubble”, will be established is the Commons Corner at North Park Secondary School and this is where consumers will be able to purchase our Bubble Tea drinks. As a human resource manager, it is our job to staff and operate an organization. We ensure that an organization has the right number of staff, the right kind of staff (skill/knowledge) and for the staff to be available at the right time and place so the organizational needs can be met. As a human resource manager of Bubble Trubble, it is my job to recruit quality employees, select candidates, orient & train employees, handle departure & dismissals and lastly develop positive employee attitude. Bubble Trubble needs quality employees who are willing to work in a school environment as the store is located inside the school. We are looking for employees who are either unskilled or semi-skilled as we can train them to work. Employees are to be friendly, well behaved, organized, have excellent communication skills, great problem solving skills and have outstanding teamwork skills. To recruit quality employees, our team will be using many different methods. Firstly, we will be using professional & personal networking. We will be using references of family & friends and staff at North Park Secondary School. This is a highly efficient method as we can seek candidates with specific qualifications that we require. We can inform everybody we recognize such as acquaintances, friends, any professional associates, and community members. We will also be taking recommendations from any staff at North Park Secondary School who suggests a particular student may be a good candidate for this job. Teachers can match us with the most qualified and well-suited candidate to fill the position. Secondly, we will be posting ads on school / coffee shop bulletins, on newspaper classifieds and postings on internet sites such as monster.ca. We will also be using sites like facebook.com and myspace.com to hire the best employees possible. Thirdly, we will also be informing the product distributor of bubble tea, our need for employees. Hopefully they can showcase some great employees. To make sure we are recruiting quality employees, we will be very specific in our job description. An example of the description is made. Once we have recruited employees, we have to select them. Selection is choosing a candidate for example, the application progress. Selecting is process of screening applicants to determine which candidate to hire for the organization. It is important to choose the best candidates so our needs from the organization are met. Many candidates will be applying for this job and we will only be asking maximum ten people for an interview. We will be accepting the 30 resumes that we receive. The first twenty people with a cover letter, resume, application and a police record check will be accepted. From those 20 people, we will be checking if anyone has a record. If they have a record, they are automatically opted out of the process. Then, we will be checking for people who are available to work Monday to Friday, 10:55 a.m. to 1:55 p.m. Next, we will check for any incomplete parts of the application and if they do exist, they will be automatically removed unless explained. Then, from those left we will be checking for experience and references. If their references are fake or not trustworthy, they will be removed from the process. This means that parents or family members are not a reference, either. If they have no experience or no volunteering experience, they will also be removed from the candidate list. According to this plan, I should have only 10 people left. From these 10 people, we will be picking five semi- final candidates who did spectacular on the interview. We will be conducting a very important and thorough interview. Lastly, those 5 semi-final candidates will have a test run interview on another day where they pretend to be working and communicating with a consumer. I will be a customer and ask questions to see how they would respond. From those 5 people, the best two will be chosen. There will also be a rubric to judge the applicant’s answers to ensure the candidate is great. Sincerely, Vasundhara Gupta (Vasundhara Gupta) Human Resource Manager As a human resource manager, after choosing the final candidates for this job, it is important to prepare our staff to fulfill their specific responsibilities. This involves making new employees aware of all employees and procedures of the organization. This is one of the most important interactions as the amount of information they gain from this can affect the success in their job and the ability find solutions or seek support when needed. As a human resource manager, I understand that learning a new set of skills or and being in a new environment with new people may be intimidating at times, so I will be calm. Employees will gain more confidence under these conditions. Stress simply delays the employee’s capability to understand essential ideas. There will be a developed checklist to know what will be covered and a schedule to prioritize time. Here is the example of it: Bubble Trubble New Team Member Checklist EMPLOYEE INFORMATION Name: Start date: Position: FIRST DAY Provide employee with New Employee booklet that includes policies and objectives of organization. This includes showing them a map of it, where their locker will be, and the parking provided for them. Here is the map we will be using that all employees will own: They can use this map to locate where they need to go. Their lockers or rather cubby space will be at the school store. They can use the parking provided for all the school staff. Training the employee is very important so that the employee does what is required of them. For making bubble tea, here are the simple instructions that we will be giving them: Instructions on making Bubble Tea 1. Make a pot of regular black tea. While still hot, sweeten the tea with sugar or honey. Chill in the refrigerator. *Do this as soon as you arrive at work* 2. Add one cup of tapioca pearls to a couple of cups of boiling water. The pearls should float so keep them stirred up and don't let them stick to the bottom of the pan. The final consistency of the pearls will be similar to chewing gum. 3. Boil the tapioca for about 25 minutes and turn off the heat. Let the pearls sit covered in warm water for another 25 minutes. 4. Drain the tapioca and rinse with warm water. Add the pearls to the bottom of the tea cups you'll be using. Pour one part tea, one part milk and a tablespoon or two of ice into the shaker and shake until well mixed. 5. Pour the milk, tea, and ice blend (and fresh fruit , if you'd like) over the tapioca pearls. Top the drink with a few more pearls and place a straw in each drink before serving. OR 1) Combine ice, fresh fruit (or fruit juice), sweetener (e.g. sugar syrup) and cream (or substitute) in a blender until smooth. The consistency and proportions should be adjusted to taste. 2) Put 3-4 tablespoons of cooked tapioca pearls in a glass and pour the fruity mixture over them. 3) Stir and serve to happy customers! These will be laminated and hung at the workspace so they can see it when it is necessary. During this time, the employee will also be shown how to use the devices such as tea kettle and the mini stove. This is so the employees can familiarize with the equipment they will be using. There are some employees who seem to do very well and therefore will be promoted and new training would begin. This is known as development. They will be getting trained for a better job. As human resources manager, it is our job to also handle departures and dismissals. Sometimes employees may not be the right fit for the organization and therefore we have to fire them. Firing employee should be carefully done so a court case does not occur. If employee quits, it can be damaging and costly for our organization and therefore we are likely to conduct an exit interview. Firstly, our ultimate goal is to keep “good people” that are in our organization. A staff member may move on to a new industry or a competitor. This can be risky as it is costly and damaging for the organization. In this exit interview that will be conducted, the HR manager takes that employee out to lunch. I will be taking that employee to a restaurant such as Swiss Chalet. Here are the sample questions that will be used: Exit Interview Questions What is your primary reason for leaving? Did anything trigger your decision to leave? What was most satisfying about your job? What was least satisfying about your job? What would you change about your job? Did your job duties turn out to be as you expected? Did you receive enough training to do your job effectively? Did you receive adequate support to do your job? Did you receive sufficient feedback about your performance between merit reviews? Were you satisfied with this company's merit review process? Did this company help you to fulfill your career goals? Do you have any tips to help us find your replacement? What would you improve to make our workplace better? Were you happy with your pay, benefits and other incentives? What was the quality of the supervision you received? What could your immediate supervisor do to improve his or her management style? Based on your experience with us, what do you think it takes to succeed at this company? Did any company policies or procedures (or any other obstacles) make your job more difficult? Would you consider working again for this company in the future? Would you recommend working for this company to your family and friends? How do you generally feel about this company? What did you like most about this company? What did you like least about this company? What does your new company offer that this company doesn't? Can this company do anything to encourage you to stay? Before deciding to leave, did you investigate a transfer within the company? Did anyone in this company discriminate against you, harass you or cause hostile working conditions? Any other comments? Unfortunately, there are times when we may have to fire an employee. Sometimes an employee may consistently sidesteps to problems that always happen, not a team player (blames others for his mistakes), is always/ usually late for work, criticizes other employees for their mistakes, is not willing to learn new things and or not following the specific company policies. It is not smart to fire an employee right away as soon as they make a mistake. It is human to make mistakes so warnings will be given. Firstly, a verbal warning will be given. This verbal warning will be given as a one on one discussion to hopefully solve the problem. Here is an example of a verbal warning that will be given: Verbal Warning (employee name) Hello, __ _____________, I have something very important to discuss with you. It is regarding some problems that have been occurring lately. I was just wondering if there any problems occurring in your life that you may be the cause of these. You need to understand that you need to be professional and make sure you do not make the same mistake(s) or else you will be fired. If the employee still does not stop making the mistake and not improving themselves, a written note is given to them. The warning ought to verify the choice of the management and it outlines the respected terms of what is expected of them to improve their performance. This is their last and final warning before dismissal. Here is an example of written warning letter that would be used for employees at risk which will be signed by me and the employee: Address City State, Zip RE: Written Warning for (unsatisfactory work, tardiness, or other infraction). The first paragraph should outline that it serves as a written warning, the reasons for the written warning, and the cause of the employee receiving the written warning. The second paragraph should describe the previous warnings, if any. This paragraph should also contain the issue in detail, listing tardy dates, performance issues, or other situations that caused the warning. The third paragraph should outline the employee’s right to appeal the warning. It should also detail the measures that you will take if another infraction occurs, i.e. docking of pay, loss of vacation time, or termination. Sincerely, (Vasundhara Gupta) HR Manager Here is an example of one: John Doe c/o Employers Address Dear John Doe: Re: Written Warning In accordance with Article 99 of the collective agreement, this letter serves as a written warning for a verbal altercation that occurred between you and Mary Beth this morning at about 10 o’clock a.m. in the hallway outside of her office. After asking Mary Beth to collate a report, you returned an hour later to find it was not complete. You swore at her, saying, “Shit, I just asked you to do one little thing.” After receiving the complaint, I called you into my office and requested you bring a shop steward. Rita Pita, you and I were present. I asked you if you had said the words I quoted to you above. You said that you were upset at Mary Beth’s lack of time management skills, but did not swear at her. I asked if you were at all rude or threatening towards Mary Beth, and you denied that you were. I ended our meeting by saying that I might need to ask you more questions later. Interviewing Donald Smith this morning at 11 o’clock a.m., I discovered that Donald overheard you saying the words Mary Beth claimed you said. He agreed that you were angry and your tone was loud and threatening. Donald was in the office next to yours when he overheard your altercation with Mary Beth. At noon, I asked you and your shop steward, Rita Pita, to return to my office. I confronted you with the words of Donald Smith, and you agreed that you might have said something in an angry tone, but that you did not recall the exact words. You agreed it was possible you might have said those words. I asked you if you had any explanation for your behaviour, and you stated that you had been having some personal difficulties with your spouse, but you did not elaborate. You said there were no “real personal problems” between you and Mary Beth. I have decided to give you a written warning for your misconduct. You were previously given a verbal warning for yelling and swearing at Mary Beth on October 31 of this year. At that time, I told you that you were expected to treat your co-workers with respect, particularly those who you supervise. You were warned that repeated incidents of such behaviour would lead to further discipline. You have again failed to follow my direction, and I have no choice but to impose this written warning against you. This letter will be entered into your personnel file for two years from today’s date, in accordance with Article 99.2. Once again, I must take this opportunity to remind you that any future repetition of disrespect or swearing towards co-workers will lead to further discipline, up to and including dismissal. Also, I am instructing you to bring all conflicts between you and Mary Beth to my attention, immediately. You will also immediately begin treating Mary Beth, and other colleagues, in a respectful manner. You will not swear at anyone in the office or while on work time. If there are any personal concerns you wish to talk to me about, please feel free to contact me. In addition, our insurance carrier provides coverage for professional and confidential counseling, which you may decide to take advantage of. Sincerely, Rebecca Arnold Communications Director Cc. Union Local (Names of Shop Stewards) cc. Personnel File of John Doe Finally, if the employee itself does not improve even after all these warnings, we must fire that employee. To do this, a termination letter should be sent to the employee. Here is a template of the termination letter which will be signed by both, the employee and me. Date: MM/DD/YYYY To: Employee’s Name We regret to inform you that your employment with Bubble Tea shall be terminated on enter date, for the following reasons: (list reasons here) (examples) 1. Please arrange to return any company property that is in your possession. Although we regret the situation, this act is compulsory. Respectfully, [Signature] Vasundhara Gupta HR Manager Before dismissing the employee and giving them the termination letter, I will be calling them to my office. We will discuss the situation and present the employee with company policies. Sometimes, an employee may sue us for firing them. There have been many cases when the employee feels they have been wrongly accused and or are fired without any consultation. To avoid becoming sued, we will be performing many precautionary steps and having enough evidence to win the case. Firstly, as for the verbal agreement, we will have a recording of it and have some witnesses to prove it did occur. Here is the verbal agreement proof: Disciplinary Report Form Employee ………………………………………………………………………………….. Department ………………………………………………………………………………… Supervisor/Manager ……………………………………………………………………….. Level One Notice of Verbal Warning Incident ……………………………………………………………………………………. Date …………………… Time ………………….. Place ………………………………… Witness …………………………………………………………………………………….. Witness …………………………………………………………………………………….. Witness …………………………………………………………………………………….. Nature of transgression ……………………………………………………………………. ……………………………………………………………………………………………… ……………………………………………………………………………………………… ……………………………………………………………………………………………… ………………………………………………………………………………..…………….. Disciplinary action ………………………………………………………………………… ……………………………………………………………………………………………… ……………………………………………………………………………………………… ……………………………………………………………………………………………… ……………………………………………………………………………………………… Signature of supervisor ……………………………………………………………………. Example: We will also make them sign the written warning which we will have a copy of in our record. Our meeting when dismissing the employee will also be recorded and the video will also be in our records. These would be enough evidence to win the case. Unfortunately, there are situations where sometimes we may fire great employees. This occurs a lot; in fact, it is very common. So this does not happen with Bubble Trubble, I will be asking other employees who are working around him or her. I will hear their opinion on the employee and whether they deserve to be fired. Or whether they are pushovers who are letting others take credit for things that they do which is unfair. Let’s hope this never happens to Bubble Trubble, we do not want to lose such superior employees. Lastly, as a human resource manager it is our job to develop positive employee attitudes. We want to keep the good people to stay in our organization. To do this, we generally offer increased compensation, improved health and safety, better work conditions and schedules, more recognition, and increased responsibility in the organization. But, Bubble Trubble// is a new organization so we cannot offer greater compensation or such. Instead, we will be offering things like coupons or free lunch meals such as a free Swiss Chalet coupon or $10 off Old Navy. Coupons like this will keep employees excited and they will be working well to receive coupons like these: If they are chosen employee of the month, they will receive a parking closest to the school, 5 free bubble teas, longer breaks, a coupon (Old Navy/ Swiss Chalet) and a certificate. Here is the employee of the month award that they will be put on a bulletin board for everyone to see: Employees that do great will also get more responsibility such as moving ahead in the company. Some may even move up to junior manager or even managers. Giving them a greater responsibility makes the employee feel important in the company. We will also be conducting surveys ever 2 months; here are the sample questions that will be asked: Survey Questions 1. What are the "downers" in your current job...things that stress you, depress you, or upset you? What suggestions do you have for improving those situations? 2. Have you ever quit a job because you were dissatisfied? If yes, what made you quit? 3. What experiences now cause you to think of looking for another job? 4. When you compare our company to other job opportunities that you know of, how do we compare? What do you think makes us a better place to work, or what do we need to improve, in comparison to others? 5. What do you need from your manager? To what extent are you getting those things? 6. If you were the CEO or owner of this company, what would you do differently in order to attract and keep good employees? 7. Are the other employees friendly? 8. Do you believe favouritism occurs in this company? If yes, explain. 9. What would you rate this job out of 5 stars? http://www.sideroad.com/Management/employee-retention-plan.html We hope the good employees stay so our organization is important. Risk Assessment The challenges that our business will face are the competition of the cafeteria and the Hasty Market close to the school and how we will compete with the products they sell, the health and safety of our workers when working with the hot tools that will be used to make the drinks, and if we don’t sell enough of our product and we go into debt. To prevent these we will provide promotional prices for a while, and have deals to attract more customers to buy our product this way we will be less likely to fall into debt and have to find ways to cover everything. We will also provide the workers with the proper equipment and the right instructions on how to use the equipment properly so that they won’t be at risk to be injured while working. The competition we will handle by trying to use promotional offers to attract more customers and keep our business out of debt as well as being better than our competitors. The reaction of our competitors will be that they may try to use their own promotional offers to attract customers back to buying their products. They will try and find other ways to get the students to come back and buy the products that they serve. They may just decrease the price that they have for their products at the moment, or bring in a new product to their store that will beat ours. Conclusion In conclusion our plan will be a success because we have skilled workers working in teams in the fields that are needed in order for us to have a successful business. We have people in different fields working to generate new ideas so that our business can run smoothly as well as keep and attract more customers as we go along. The students will love our product as it will benefit them by keeping them a little healthier because it is healthier than many of the drinks sold in their cafeteria and the nearby establishments. The workers will be kept safe while serving the students and we will make sure that the students get what they want and listen to the complaints and concerns of our workers and customers. Our business will benefit the students as well as become popular in the school and encourage the students to not only drink a little more healthy but to try and eat and stay a little healthier as well. Thank you for your time and we hope that you will consider Bubble Trubble for the new school store.
