We answer inbound calls to agreed SLA’s and give remote support using a web portal
access tool, we can gain access to each Nomadix device on site and assist customers
with connectivity issues. We find the customers device using the MAC address in the
Nomadix Client list and once validated can add them manually to the "Authenticated list"
for a specified amount of time or can take payment from the clients if required.
Other diagnostics provided range from having the customer check their DHCP settings on
their computers or devices, testing signal strength (usually asking the customer to move
around the hotel or venue) and attempting to determine if there is Wireless Access Point
issue. If any of the issues the customer experiences above cannot be resolved, we have
a process that sees the case escalated to the client for further investigation and often
results in an engineer attending site to perform further diagnostics.
