Choir Tour 2013 Packing List __________ 1 soft-sided medium sized suitcase or duffle bag (preferably with wheels; you need to be able to carry it on your own) __________ 1 carry-on bag or backpack (this will contain your life for 11 days) __________ 1 sleeping bag/air mattress with bedding in a labeled bag with your name __________ 1 pillow __________ 1 carry-on blanket (the bus gets cold!) __________ Your Bible __________ 12 Thank You Cards (for our host churches) CLOTHING: 11 days worth of comfortable, appropriate clothing __________ 9 shirts/T-shirts (remember, you will have 2 shirts already: your Tour T-shirt and your Section T-Shirt) __________ Shorts (modest length: at least midway down the thigh, no rear-end huggers. Also, shorts can be re-worn, so no need to pack 11 pairs) __________ 2 pairs of jeans/long pants (for cold bus rides, when we get to the chillier stops of tour, etc.) __________ 11 pairs of underwear (we recommend bringing a spare!) __________ 11 pairs of socks __________ 1 jacket/sweatshirt __________ Pajamas (remember, we all sleep in the same building- modesty is expected and appreciated!) __________ 3 Towels and 3 washcloths (or bathing puff) __________ 2 Plastic Bags (1 for wet clothes, 1 for dirty laundry) __________ 1 pair of tennis shoes __________ 1 pair of sandals/other shoes __________ 1 pair of shower shoes CONCERT WEAR: Ladies: __________ Khaki skirt __________ Blue GL Polo __________ Brown or Black dressy shoes/sandals (NO Old Navy or Rainbow-style flip-flops; you can wear them on the trip but please not during concerts) Gentlemen: __________ __________ __________ __________ __________ Khaki pants (stone shade preferred, no high-waters please) Lime Green Polo Brown or Black dress shoes (NO flip flops) Dark Socks Belt TOILETRIES: __________ __________ __________ __________ __________ __________ __________ Soap (PLEASE! face wash, shower gel, etc.) Shampoo/ Conditioner Deodorant (MUST HAVE) Toothbrush/Toothpaste Small pack of wipes (great to freshen up in between shower days) Sunscreen Hairbrush/Comb You WILL be bathing at least every other day. DO NOT BRING: Knives, Guns, Fireworks, Alcohol, Drugs (unless prescribed by your medical form), Cigarettes, Garment bags, or Perfumed items (we have people who are allergic).
