On & Off Ice Sessions
Each team and coach will have skate with instructors
of Burggraf Skating and be exposed to highly effective
skating drills and techniques that are proven to
develop the skating skills of each skater.

Each coach will attend coaching seminars and
discussions on improving their knowledge of the
skating game as it applies to hockey

On Ice Team Skating
Clinic Sessions
Each team will have the opportunity to first hand experience the
Burggraf Skating Skills 40 years of experience in “Making Great
Strides in Hockey!”sm through unique skating drills and
progressions and the “Stick Down Head Up!”sm program.
Off Ice Specific
Sessions
Integrated Off Ice programming that targets a low cost concept
of developing the neuromuscular activities of the skating
foundation through specific muscle memory, muscle firing and
movement patterns that improve the core of the skating skills
foundation. These low cost concepts can be used during the
year by coaches and skaters to elevate the level of performance
in the skating game as it applies to hockey.

Information
Accommodations Marriott Courtyard
Rooms are blocked under Burggraf Skating at the
Moorhead Courtyard in Moorhead Mn just north of I94
and about a ½ mile south of the Moorhead Sports Center.
Tourney Rules
Round Robin formant. USA Hockey Rules for 12U
apply. All games will run the full time allotted for the
game.. Games will finish at the end of the time. Game
clock will be set.
Epitome Fees
$1300 US Funds
Fees for the Epitome Program are $1300 US Funds.
Teams
Team Rosters will be processed prior to the start of the
program. 10U skaters may be allowed to skate with a
team. Birthdates & birth years will be used to determine
eligibility for each skater.
