• System currently has a commercial product which
performs peak power tracking on the PV array and
outputs 12V DC
• Commercial inverter provides 240V AC at 50Hz
• Need to provide 3.3V, 5V, 10V, and 12V DC via
switching power converters
• Provide 4 regulated DC supply voltages
• Components
• LM3100- buck converters
• LM25005- buck boost converters
• Requires a simple feedback loop to regulate
voltage level
• Special layout consideration will be needed to keep
the high frequency switching away from sensitive
analog components
