2014 in Seychelles.
 The address of our headquarters is at: Suite 3, Global Village, Juvan’s Complex,
Mont Fleuri, Mahe, Seychelles.
 payMATRIX’s capital derived from the shareholder’s personal funds and it
represents 2,000 GBP divided into 2000 ordinary shares of 1 GBP each.
 The shares are divided fairly between the two partners who have also each covered
