For Cultural Studies, Economics, International Business,
International Relations, and Political Science majors
Focus: Development and activities of the EU
Courses focus on the historical and institutional development of the
EU, its internal policies, issues of culture and multiculturalism, and
EU relations with outside nations.
Visits to Council of Europe and European Parliament in Strasbourg,
Court of Justice in Luxembourg, Commission and Council of the EU
in Brussels, European Central Bank in Frankfurt, and offices of the
OECD and World Bank in Paris
Meet with EU and government representatives of member states;
leaders in multi-national corporations and NGOs; official advisors
on EU issues; leading academics; and entrepreneurs
