Check your child’s planner. They should be writing assignments in it every day. Establish a homework routine and study hours. Provide a time and space for homework. Encourage your child to do his or her best work Praise your child’s efforts– not only when they bring home a good grade, but for perseverance as well. Contact teachers for any questions or concerns. At any point in the year, you may schedule a conference with your child’s teachers by calling Sophia Simpson-Verger (7th grade counselor) at 425-204-3618 or email Sophia.simsonverger@rentonschools.us If at any time you would like to be taken off the email list, please let me know. Keep up the good work! Thank you for all your support! Sincerely Michelle Hayes
