Nations” (UN). This organization was made to help keep peace
among the nations.
•Eleanor had many jobs after being the First Lady. She started
teaching at a college and became the United States
Representative for the United Nations.
•First Ladies are now expected to work for important causes
because of Eleanor’s work.
