Moodle User Guide Login Details A. Registration to Moodle 1.1. Users will be automatically enrolled to Moodle if they meet the following criteria Students – Must be enrolled to a Programme or Module in Agresso which has a start or end date within the current academic year with a stage code of ENR (Enrolled). 1.2. Users will receive an email containing details of how to access Moodle including their Username and Password. B. Coursework Material When you select the Module you want to review, the current week will be highlighted to help you identify the material required for the week’s classes If you are not sure what material to access, please speak to your Module Lecturer in advance of the class. 1.7. My Timetable To see your individual timetable click on My Timetable 3 Moodle User Guide Select Class and Exam Schedule from the menu on the left hand side. Your schedule will appear against the time and date slots in the timetable grid 4 Moodle User Guide Frequently Asked Questions - Students A. Why have I not received an email with my login details? Only New students who are enrolled will receive an email with their login details. If you are a New student who has enrolled but still have no email, - Check your Junk Mail folder Go to Academic Services for assistance Existing students will not receive an email. If you have forgotten your login details you should go to Academic Services or Student IT Support and ask for assistance B. I have tried to login using the details in my email but I get an error message? - C. Moodle is case sensitive, if you have copied your password there may be a blank space. Try to type your password and see if you can now access Moodle If you are still having problems you can contact Academic Services, Student IT Support or your lecturer for assistance Why can’t I see all my Modules when I select My Course? If you are unable to see all your Modules you should go to Academic Services to ensure you are enrolled. If you can see Modules but they are different to what you are studying you should go to Academic Services so your enrolment can be checked. D. There are lots of course materials for the current week, how do I know which one I need for each class? If you are not sure which course material to use, please check with your module lecturer in advance of the session E. Why can’t I register myself to a Module? Students Module registration is now managed by the Enrolment process. If you think you should have access to a module you should do the following: - F.
