Sorry, we cannot accept puppies under 6 months that have not completed all of their booster shots.
Two (2) night minimum charge for boarders. Three (3) night minimum for Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
Peak Dates: Mar 1st through and including Labor Day (Spring & Summer), Thanksgiving Weekend (Wed – Sat Nights). Please
check our website for Christmas and New Year’s as these dates change each year.
DISCOUNTS:
o Seven (7) or more nights will be discounted 10%.
o Second guest discounted at $5 per night (can be combined with the extended stay 10% discount).
Check in and out at any reasonable time, however we do request you set up an appointment to drop off and pick up your pet(s).
For check out between 12:00PM and 5:00PM, a late check out of $30 will be assessed per pet. After 5:00 pm, another night is
billed per pet.

Day Care Rates


$30/day for day care participants. No extra charge for boarders
Minimum Charge: WestFetch requires a $300 minimum for new clients. WestFetch will allow for a one week (5 consecutive
days) “test run”. After the test run, the minimum payment will be required for continued service. Full amount must be used
within six (6) months of the first day at day care (after any test run if there is one) or the unused amount will be forfeited.
Policies





Cancellations
o Boarding:
 WestFetch, Inc. reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee as noted below (minimum of one night) to any
cancellations, in whole or part, made to your reservation. Exceptions to the cancellation penalty are inclement
weather, life threatening emergencies or a death in the family.
 14 days or less from check-in date (21 days or less for holidays) – 50% Cancellation Fee
 7 days or less from check-in date (14 days or less for holidays) – 100% Cancellation Fee
o Day Care
 Less than 24-hours notice, one full day will be charged
Your pets must be up to date on all shots (Rabies, Bordetella and DA2PPC) at least 30 days prior to check in. Documents from
your vet are required. All puppies under must have completed all of their puppy booster shots (usually by six months of age)
All pets must be spayed/neutered (with exception to puppies).
All pets are required to visit us prior to first-time boarding or day care. Please call or email us to arrange for an appointment.
All pets must be flea and tick free. Any pets arriving with fleas and/or ticks will be washed with a flea & tick shampoo or dip
and the owner will be charged $25.
What to Bring (Boarders Only)
In order to best mimic the comforts of home during their stay, please bring the following:
 Food for the duration of the stay must be supplied and enclosed in a sealed container (Ziploc, Tupperware) along with written
feeding instructions.
 Any medication required with written instructions
 Crates, beds, blankets, food bowls, leash
 Optional: Toys (please note we cannot guarantee the condition of the toys upon return).

Agreement










Owner understands that WestFetch’s day care property is includes a natural outdoor environment with grass, dirt, trees, etc.
WestFetch will make every reasonable effort to ensure the pets are kept as clean as possible but without overly limiting the
enjoyment of the pet’s play and fun times outside. Owner understands that it is very possible for their pets to return home happy
and tired but not necessarily as clean as they were.
Owner certifies that the pet is in good overall health and will disclose all and any potential health issues to WestFetch.
Owner agrees to pay for all services in full.
Late payments will be subject to a $20 late fee that will be assessed the day after the due date and every 30 days thereafter where
payment in full is not received. A finance charge of 18% APR will be applied on any outstanding balance overdue. Returned
checks will be subject to a $30 fee or maximum allowable by law.
Owner agrees to pay all costs and charges for special services requested and all veterinary costs for your pet during the time the
pet is in the care of WestFetch, should it be required.
If the pet becomes ill or if the state of the animal’s health otherwise requires professional attention, WestFetch, in its sole
discretion, may engage the services of a veterinarian, administer medicine or give other requisite attention to the animal and the
expenses thereof shall be paid by the Owner.
By signing this and leaving your pet with WestFetch, the owner certifies they have given full disclosure and accurate information
regarding their pet(s).
For myself, my heirs and any assigns, I hereby release WestFetch its agents, officers, subcontractors, employees, animal parents,
customers and potential customers of WestFetch and the owner or lessor of WestFetch’s business premises from any and all
liabilities for injuries to myself, my dog, or any other property of mine which arise in any way out of services and/or products
provided by or as a consequence of my association with WestFetch. By signing below below, I/We waive any claims for any
damages, punitive or otherwise, against all parties listed above.
Owner is fully responsible for all medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to any person or other animals by the
pet(s). Owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WestFetch, Inc in the event of a claim by any person injured by the pet(s).
By signing below, I certify that I am the actual owner of the listed pets and have full authority to enter into this agreement for
and on the behalf of any other owner(s) or representative.
