Read more about our past successes and new partnerships at our website: www.centerforyouthwellness.org Position Summary: The Communications & Social Media Manager is a critical position to support the overall implementation of CYW’s growth and strategic vision. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, this position will directly support the expansion and implementation of CYW’s strategic marketing and communications plans, including: a national public education campaign, an internal messaging development initiative, an external brand development effort, and a thought-leadership strategy. S/he will directly coordinate communications projects, including all online and social media efforts. Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Director of Marketing & Communications: Support the implementation and measure the success of a strategic communications plan to broaden awareness of CYW brand and support CYW’s strategic public education campaign. Manage communication and campaign logistics, systems, reporting and tracking of activities, including earned PR, print collateral, digital and social media efforts. Manage and create content for social media accounts including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn o Create engaging written posts and visuals o Customize social media pages, develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc. o Work directly with the Development Team to fulfill donor social media benefits Oversee, or execute as needed, the development of electronic communications, including website, social media, electronic newsletters and other electronic communications Metrics, Analytics, and Reporting – leverage traditional and social media measurement tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn native insights, etc.) to provide reports on PR, communications, and digital performance conveying actionable insights, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives. Support talking points, speeches, presentations and other material as needed for CEO speaking engagements and other projects Manage relationships with communications related vendors or consultants Collaborate with Director of Marketing & Communications and Vice President of Development & Communications on expanding CYW’s marketing and brand presence.
