We sincerely thank you for your interest in Sulamita Christian School, and would very much like to be of assistance to you in this process of seeking a school for your child(ren) which will match the philosophy of education that you desire for your family. Sulamita seeks to be a Christcentered school which utilizes God’s gifts to support and guide the children’s education. We strive, by God’s grace, to be a school that impacts the entire family and encourages each student to follow God’s calling in their lives.
In our admission process, we are seeking to identify and enroll families who have a strong understanding and/or desire for the philosophical worldview of a Christian education as they seek to educate their children in the “nurture and admonition of the Lord.” A copy of the admission procedures is attached for your consideration.
If you have a student applying for admission, we would encourage you to read our Statement of
Faith. This is attached and available online (www.sulamitachristianschool.com).
After submitting your application, and after both parents have completed reading the Statement of
Faith, please contact the office to schedule a time for a parent conference when both parents can be in attendance. The purpose of this conference is to answer any questions you might have, as well as to reinforce the key concepts we feel are necessary in maintaining a God-honoring school.
Following your parent conference, the student screening, and the receipt of all the necessary forms for your child’s file, the application will be reviewed and you will be notified by letter as to whether your child has been accepted for admission at Sulamita Christian School.
Re-Enrollment
If you would like to re-enroll your child for the upcoming school-year, please review the current policies, Statement of Faith, tuition rates & fees, complete the first page of the enrollment packet and sign the commitment form on the third page.

Current Rates


Payable in full (annual rate) or
In 10 monthly payments (annual rate split up over 10 months), beginning August 1,
2015 .
All tuition payments are due on the 1 st of every month, with a grace period of no later than the
10 th of every month. If the 10 th falls on a non-school day, tuition must be paid ahead of time.
This deadline is to ensure all serving staff members are paid on time and necessary materials able to be purchased.
If you are unable to make a timely payment (by no later than the 10 th ), please contact the office ahead of time. Our goal is to keep your family at Sulamita so that we can continue to bless one another with His Word, so please be sure to contact us. Payments that are more than 30 days past due will result in immediate student un-enrollment, unless arrangements have been set up with the office/Director.
Discounted Rate (based on financial need only & limited to available scholarship funds):
Parents requesting the discounted rate will need to

Complete a financial status form,

Agree to volunteer .5 hours per week (discussed with and approved by the Director)
The financial status form will allow the school to provide adequate support to families that are in need of additional funding for their child(ren). In addition, volunteering at the school will allow the school to keep from hiring unnecessary staff, allowing as many families as are in need possible access to this rate. If you or a member of your family is unable to commit to the required volunteer time for the discounted rate, please speak with the Director.

 $295 per month (for 10 months; 1 st payment due August 1, 2015)
$3300 for Full-Time Pre-K
 $330 per month (for 10 months; 1 st payment due August 1, 2015)

10 months) .
Registration fee : $100 total, for the entire family (annually), due at the time of registration.
Registration will not be considered complete until the registration fee is paid. This allows
Sulamita to process all paperwork as well as complete any needed assessments.
Curriculum fee: $150 per student (annually)--$75 due by June 30 th & $75 due by Sept 1 st . It is important that this fee be received on time so that Sulamita can have adequate time to purchase needed curriculum (prevent extra spending on rush orders) as well as plan for the upcoming school year.
Tuition rates and fees are based on the financial needs of the school (including testing, student workbooks, art supplies, electronic resources, office/teacher supplies, curriculum, staffing, etc.) and are subject to change. We will make every effort to keep our rates as low as possible.

How to read the Tuition Rate Table: For families with multiple children attending, the rate in column 1 will be used for the first child attending, the rate in column 2 for the second child attending, and the rate in column 3 for the third plus child attending.
REGULAR RATE SPECIAL (Offered to all families that enroll by no later than May 14, 2015):
All families will be offered the current (2014-2015) regular tuition rate for the 2015-2016 school-year ($3300 annual tuition or 10 payments of $330) as long as the enrollment form(s) and registration fee(s) are turned into the school office by no later than Thursday, May 14, 2015.
Referral Discount (NEW):
We have been blessed with family referrals that have allowed this ministry to grow! We want to thank all of the families that have referred Sulamita Christian School to other friends and family. For the 2015-2016 school year, we will be offering a Referral Discount, available/redeemable after the referred family has attended for two consecutive months.
The Referral Discount will give the family that referred an attending full-time new family a discount of -$177 from one month of owed tuition.
