If you spell your name differently, or if you have an additional name that is not included, please make your counselor aware. If you register for the SAT, ACT, FSA tests, or apply for programs or colleges using a name other than the one that is on your transcript, the names will not match, and your applications or registrations will not be recognized by the computer system. This could be a serious problem!!! Examples: DeMattos is NOT the same as De Mattos Julia Fernandez Diaz is NOT the same as Julia Diaz Are you on track right now??? 9th Grade Courses and Grades -You should have earned credits in the following subject areas in order to be considered on track for graduation: 1 English credit (English 1 or ESOL) 1 Math credit (Algebra 1) 1 Science credit 1 Social Studies credit (likely World History) 3 Elective credits Transcript Review: -Page 2: Summary box: 3 columns “Total to date”= the credits you have earned Recall that on track would be earned credits in the following subjects: 1.0 credit in Algebra 1(A1) 1.0 credit in Science (SC) 1.0 credit in English (EN) A combination of 3-4 credits in any of the following: Performing arts (PF), Physical Education (PE), Electives (EL) At the bottom: STATE GPA: on track: Should be at least a 2.0 Understanding Your Transcript Guidance Appointment Making an appointment with your counselor is the best way to ensure they will be available to see you at a specific time.
