The awardee agrees not to convey any rights in the product to a third party. If the awardee hires a third party to perform any work that involves the use of pre-existing intellectual content owned by the third party, the third party shall expressly assert its ownership of the content and shall grant the grantee and the Division the non-exclusive license to use the product. A licensing agreement or other agreement regarding the use of intellectual property developed under the project may be developed between the Division and awardee in order to further the use of the products in the educational community.
