Matthew Clarke FROM: Katie Rock, Linda Tran, Haris Kisija DATE: December 12, 2014 SUBJECT: Final Project; Business Research/Service Learning Globus Relief has asked us to prepare a leaflet for the organization by December 31, 2014. We have worked with similar organizations in the past, so this was relatively easy to prepare. We estimated that this project would take only three weeks to complete. Haris Kisija has researched the cost estimate of supplies for the project. Linda Tran has created a power-point as well as typing up the final documents for submission. And Katie Rock will present documents and present to the organization, as well as, create the leaflet. Description To offer effective resolution to a non-profit organization in need. Application of Business Communication Skills By creating a leaflet containing information on Globus Relief’s social medical outlets and eliminating the need for duplication of in-kind donation letters being send to donors for tax filing. Audience Analysis A medical, non-profit communicating donation verification to donors and assisting with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) tax filings. Methodology To create a leaflet that will be inserted between the folded in-kind donation letters. These leaflets will also contain Globus Relief’s social media information.
