Incentives Establish Participation Incentive • BCCC added online participation to our Adjunct Professional Development Plan – Two points per semester can be earned for online participation, out of 15 needed for the year. • What would be an incentive for your faculty? – Opportunity for input on department matters such as textbook selection discussion – Collegiality Training Online Facilitator Training • Provide at least basic training for online facilitation skills.
