Daily run sheet
8.00: set up commences
8.30: meet with buddies, saddle up
8.45: daily briefing & gear check
9.00 – 9.45: session 1
10.00 – 10.45: session 2
11.00- 11.45: session 3
12.00 – 12.45: lunch
12.45 – 1.30 certificate work or theory or troop drill (eg rules of showjumping or cross country)
1.45 – 2.30: session 4
2.30 – 3:00: Pack down
Groups:
blue: led / novice
yellow: junior
green: intermediate
Red: Senior
You can request to change groups (either with Lorraine or Amanda) for a rally day; however you
must stay with your group for the entire day.
Gear check




Will be conducted prior to the first lesson of the day in front of club house
After gear check is complete riders are to line up in a troop line to receive a briefing and
any special instructions for the day
One briefing is finished each group to head to their allocated circuit with their instructor
for that circuit
Each group is to have their gear re-checked after lunch before that afternoon session can
commence.
