DCDEV: Role and services
The DCDEV's role is to deploy all postal sector
technical cooperation activities in the field
Its main fields of activity include:

the framework of projects, including multi-year
integrated projects (MIPs), integrated postal reform
and development plans (IPDPs), and the Quality of
