How to edit/add “Product Dimension”
for Existing SKU
As Lazada always strives for improvements, we have
introduced new requirements for content production.
Starting May 15th 2015, it is mandatory to include product and
packaging dimensions when creating a new product (SKU).
This will eliminate the issue that sellers are getting charged
unexpected high shipping cost.

WHAT WILL CHANGE?
Existing Products (SKUs):
Without dimensions: Seller will have until June 15th 2015 to add dimensions, after the
deadline products without dimensions will be taken offline until the missing
information will be added.
With dimensions: Seller to check and verify correctness of the input. In case the input
of dimension is incorrect, wrong shipping fees can be applied to disadvantage of seller.

Please follow the steps to add dimensions:
1. Log in to Seller Center and go to “Products”.
2. Click “Manage Products”.

3. Click on “Pen” Symbol for Edit
4. Click “Edit Details”.

5. Click “More Product Details”.

6. Scroll down and click on “Measurements”.

7. Input product dimensions
: Product dimension without box/packaging
: Weight of product without box/packaging
: Width of product package/box
: Length of product package/box
: Height of product package/box
: Weight of product package including product

IMPORTANT: Please make sure your input has the correct format and units.
Size is to be input in centimeter (cm). Weight is to be input in kilogram (kg), as also
for all dimensions it is required to input TWO decimal digits.

Here it is very important to input without spaces!
1 millimeter => 0.01
1 centimeter => 1.00
1 meter => 100.00
10 gram => 0.01
100 gram => 0.10
1 kilogram => 1.00
