You hear ringing. When third party answers, you are able to speak privately. Press TRANSFER key to connect all three parties. TRANSFER Diamond Indicator turns off. DN Diamond Indicator turns on. Press RLS key if you want to exit the conference. The other two parties remain connected only if one party is still on campus. Automatic Dialing Program one frequently called number that will be automatically dialed when you press a single key (requires an add-on to enable this feature). Call Pickup Answer a ringing phone within your designated pickup group without knowing the number or leaving your desk. To Activate: Press any idle DN key and lift the handset. Conference Calling Arrange conference calls from your phone for a specified number of people and yourself. To Add More People to a Call: Press CONF key. You hear special dial tone. CONF Diamond Indicator turns on. DN LDC flashes, indicating first call is held. Dial number of person to be included in conference. You hear ringing. When person answers, you can speak privately. Press CONF again to include this person in the conference. All parties are connected. Note: If you call a number that is busy or does not answer, press RLS key; then press DN key to the flashing Diamond Indicator to return to the conference. Group Intercom Use abbreviated dialing to call another person in you intercom group. To Activate: Press I/C GROUP key. I/C GROUP Diamond Indicator turns on. You hear dial tone through the speaker.
