Task: You are to create a PowerPoint presentation that covers at least one of the following:
A. Art: Select an artist that was a part of the Harlem Renaissance. Briefly provide a description of this
person highlighting important achievements, obstacles,
and why he or she was important during this movement (no copy paste/ read and use your own
voice).
Select one painting he or she designed (copy and paste it). Describe to the class what you think the
painting represents; be sure to include the mood of the painting and
so forth. Put this information on your specific slide in your group power point and be sure to include a
visual.
B . Poet : Select a writer that was a part of the Harlem Renaissance. Briefly provide a description of
this person highlighting important achievements, obstacles,
