You will have a test on books the other books on the first day of school.

crossword puzzle on The Giver or Farewell to Manzanar by July 18. You will have a test on the
other books the first day of class.

In November, our middle school students will compete in the SCISA Battle of the Books competition.
They will work together as a team (6 students at a time) to answer questions about 20 different books.
We will read some of these books in class this fall, but reading from this list over the summer will help
