The list of nominated students is to be sent to spi@uniroma1.it
• by May (1st semester and full academic year)
• by October (2nd semester)
Mandatory data for each student:
• Erasmus University code

• One valid e-mail address
• Erasmus Subject Area code (ex 340, 46, etc.)
• Receiving Faculty at Sapienza University
• Period of stay (1st semester, 2nd semester, full academic year)

Confirmation of the data  a registration number for
Infostud services is created
• Send two copies of the Application Form and the Study
Project/Learning Agreement to the receiving Faculty
• Wait for the Letter of Acceptance
• Collect information about: enrollment, syllabus, exams, courses,
academic calendar, timetables, life in Rome
